Australian writer YURI RYUNTYU: I believe the children are the most precious flavors’ elixir of our life experience. Each child from infancy comes into the world to learn, enjoy and survive. I love children, whether they are one year old or one hundred years old. I deeply enjoy the company of another human being. I don’t believe that cartoons and movies made only for the sake of entertainment will create harmony between the soul and the intellect. I have seen the impact of such a lack of harmony be so severe as to result in suicide. Addiction to drugs, pills and alcohol never create happiness. Enjoyment maybe; but they do not bring fulfillment or sense of self and euphoria that ones life and experiences have for a person. What we are presenting here is a fruitful link between previous and present generations. The understanding between the eldest and youngest generations can guarantee that information is maintained and passed down. To create understanding you need to have an environment in which this can grow. This is what we are trying to create in our present site; an environment where knowledge can survive and thrive.

Australian writer, member of the press RADIO & TV and playwright - YURI MATTHEW RYUNTYU (06.27.1949) was born in KIZHI, ONEGA LAKE, Karelia, RUSSIA. Following his studies at the Academy of Science, he moved to Sydney (Australia: 1980) and worked, most notably, as a medico-biology scientist: 1981-1991: University of NSW, Sydney University, University of New England (Australia).

Ryuntyu was able to dedicate himself entirely to literature following the success of “RUDOLF NUREYEV: WITHOUT MAKE-UP: DOCUMENTARY: 1938-1993” in Russia, a gloomy satire on sexuality published in 1995. Ryuntyu’s ironic and often disillusioned perception of the state of affairs in Russia during and after the Communist occupation produced a body of work that is still at the forefront of twentieth-century Russian and Australian literature.
